SUP yoga is a combination of Stand Up Paddleboarding and Yoga. Bringing your yoga practice to a moving mat is a great workout and a fun way to challenge yourself! All of our SUP yoga classes are taught by Maddie, a 500hr Registered Yoga Teacher and Paddle Canada SUP Instructor, who has also been trained to specifically teach yoga on the water. She will lead you through sequences safely, and each class is uniquely catered to the ability level of you and/or your group. No experience required!
All classes take place at Williamson’s Lake and rates include a paddleboard, paddle, life jackets and the class. Please pre-register. Classes will only be cancelled due to wind or heavy rain, not light rain or cloudy days.
